Malta the smallest EU country has a lot going for it

I always wanted to shoot at Malta because of that very special color of the ground and rocks there. Lola immediately came up with the idea of doing a yoga shoot there. So on a plane we went. And boy we were impressed when approaching the little island in the Mediterranean Sea. The colors and the light were unreal and we were afraid the three days we had would never be enough for all that we could shoot there.

The two major shootings were indeed yoga on the beach in Sliema and a bikini shoot on Gozo island. You can see a view of the results above. But there are many many more that turned out great.

We even managed to squeeze in a visit and more shooting at Valletta the capitol city of Malta - which is an absolute must visit of course. What more can we say about Malta? As expected cities are crowded with residents and tourists as there is only so much space available. Public transport (buses) are often full to a point where they no longer pick up more passengers and simply pass the stations. Also don't expect your stay there to be cheap - like on most islands where almost everything has to be imported. On the other hand food was always first class and service was good. A place we surely will visit again - may be with more time to visit places like the old capitol Mdina.
